Neither my wife or I had given our bank account information to Centurion Financial Benefits. But for some reason they have been trying to withdraw 250.00 out of our checking account several times, leaving us with over 100.00 worth of overdraft fees. We do not know who this company is, and every time we have tried to call them we are put on hold indefinately, over 2 hours one time!!!
After doing some research on the internet we found this company (if that is what they really are) is in bad standings with the BBB, and has nurmerous complaints against them. We firmly believe they have committed a crime by trying to access our account without our permission or knowledge. As it is we are having diffculties trying to get the bank to remove the overdraft fees and in contacting Centurion Financial Benefits by both us and our bank has not been accomplished to have resolution of this issue.
