Ripoff sent the letter about prize money from one city have to sent back to anothe

Got a letter say I won some money. But then I have to sent money back in to receive the prize money. They sent the letter from one city in New York but have to sent
it back to a different city in New York.

On back of letter they say that they don't award prize money to any but sent you a booklet on what sweepstakes to enter.
