On April 29th I enrolled to Appraisals School which is American Society of Real Estate Appraisals (ACTI, www.actitrain.com). I filled out the application and wrote 400.00 dollars check to this company. At the same day I went to the first class which not satisfied me for different reasons. After first class I came to Mr. Eric T Martin (Real Estate Broker and teacher) to inform him that I can not attempt class and asked him to return my application however he refused to do so. He guaranteed that he'll void 400 dollars check and sent it back to me.
After a few days my check was cashed by this school.
I called him and was trying to talk however he just hung up on me.
I was not receiving any services form this school and they charge me for it 400 dollars.
