All of the real estate schools in NC are fraudulent. They will take your money allow you sit in their class for 75 hours knowing that they and the Real Estate Commission have designed a test that is impossible to pass. Each class I have taken only 4 people passed each time out of 25-30 people. This means that 13-15% of a class will pass. Don't be fooled into taking these classes. I have NEVER failed a class in my life, let alone twice. I studied everyday, 8-12 hours each day. I knew the material however, the testing materials are so vague and designed for you to fail.
