I signed up with My Perfect Credit with the understanding that the service was free. The only cost involved was if an individual requested credit correction. I never requested ANY credit correction. My account with them has been charged in excess of $300, with approximately $168 already have been charged to my credit card.
I have repeatedly tried contacting the company to have someone explain my charges. They continue to email me with a generic message stating that my account has been closed (per my request) and that they have the right to pursue any monies owed on my account with them. The generic email also states that they prefer to deal with customers through email. No matter what email for requests for help I send, I continue to get the same generic message. I want my money back for these fraudulent charges.
