I found my perfect credit on line while searching for a free credit report. I answered the required questions to obtain this free credit report.
3 weeks later, I received my credit card statement with a 35.00 charge from My perfect credit. I got back on line to locate the telephone number for My perfect credit and called them that same day. No one answered the phone number. I went back to their website and was able to send an email to their "customer servive dept". About a full week later, I received an Email from them stating that someone would contact me regarding this matter. No one ever did so I contacted my credit card company and let them know that my card was charged without my knowledge or permision. They sent some forms and began an investigation.
They temporarilly reversed the charges and I thought it was handeled. The following month the same charge appeared on my card and I had to go through the same routine. Again I thought it would be handled by card co. My credit card company has now completed their investigation and say that these charges are valid. They have now re-charged my account. "a nightmare"
