Ordered A DVD on line received generic email as receipt no contact information charges applied to credit card NO DVD SENT

I ordered a dvd from this company on the internet and received a very generic email back with the charges applied to my credit card and no contact information supplied - no delivery date stated and no dvd sent. After reading another report of the same I believe I have been ripped off and no dvd will be sent at all. I have never had this happen before - quite annoyed!!! I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.
