A well orchestrated employment promotional education program geared towards the preparation for hundreds of NJ employees for promotional civil service examinations at a cost of $2500.00 for approx. 12 weeks of (2 to 3 times weekly / 3 hour classes) where the majority 80% of the time is spent just reading books that are additionally required to be purchased at a cost of another $500.00, thus brining the new total of over $3000.00 not including transportation (gas/tolls/meals).
The main course instructor (Delbagno) seldom or never appears, teaches or speaks at the study course. A strict CASH ONLY PAYMENT and NO-REFUND tuition policy for a course that is not guaranteed. So I guess you can't claim the job-related eductional program when filing your taxes, since probably the tuition paid by the hundreds of students isn't probably completely reported to the IRS anyway by the director & his instructors.
I'd say this is something for someone to be look into, maybe even investigated by the authorities, media investigative reporter, or a Consumer Watch-Dog agency so a ripp-off doesn't occurr.
