Wrong than CITI FINANCIAL AUTO

Vechile finance through CITI Financial auto in Jam2008 in Sept Citi assignedloan to Santander Consumer which I had acct set up on the internet with Citi still Santander has theloan now I'm unable to get in to there web to make my payment and no one is willing to help. I have calls approx 5 times. They will not work with you. My husband has been unemployed since Julyand is unable to apply for unemployment. No help from the govement. They charge you a fee when you call in to make a payment or I was told by Latanya there a fee even when make through the internet. Before my loan was giving to Santander I had arrangement with CITI to default a payment I was told to call Greta @ 972-653-9224 a supervisor with CITI which did not do what they was suppose to do.
