On Dec 1. I was contacted by Smart Certify Direct. After talking to Linda, the Senior Customer Service Representative. I was sent the contracct via fax. I did not get all the information on the contract.
After I signed, I found that all the infomation was not given. I canceled the next morning. I have been contacted five times. I canceled and voided this contract with my bank. After reading several reports from this site, I truly thought this would have ended.
I am still receiving e-mail. I have informed them that I plan a lawsuit againt them if they continue. I live in NY, the contract is not valid under their terms. I have contacted the NY Attorney General Office. I have also contact Florida Attorney General Office. If anyone is interested in A Class Action. It would be welcome to do so.
