This past week, we received a phone call about a loan for a family member that does not live with us. During this time we started to receive 6-7 robo calls per day which upon answering automatically goes to a hold service. I contacted Sallie Mae on 11/5 and was assured that my phone number would be removed in 48 hours, but as of today 11/8, I have received an additional 6 calls. This is an inefficient practice by the company and extremely annoying. Especially since we do not have a loan with Sallie Mae.
