Boehm-ritter Gleaming White Smile
Charged my card for product that was NEVER received, pure fraud On-line on-line

I ordered both of these products in order to receive a free text book.

When the trial jar came from Boehm-Ritter on Nov 1, tha only left me with 4 days to sample it. I packed it up sent it right back to the company. My next statement reflected the $2.95 credit, but they also charged me $49.95 for a product that I never received. I emailed and called and called but to no avail. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company.

I emailed Gleaming White Smile and canceled before they even sent me a shipment. They confirmed with an email, but they still charged my card. I called them several times as well and they gave me bogus reference numbers and assured me that the credit would be reflected in my next statement. It was a lie! They still owe my $6.95 and I emailed them again this morning!
