Looks like I now belong to the club. My wife innocently requested a sample of Nexiderm from a list of "special" offers provided to her by a co-worker. This involved some type of club in which people earn points toward a thing of value.
Needless to say, she is adamant that the Nexiderm (from Boehm-Ritter) was to cost $9.95 total. Boehm-Ritter, of course, billed my debit card $89.95.
I read other's comments on this website, and did not bother to call boehm-Ritter.instead, I had my bank charge back $80.00 to Boehm-Ritter. I also had to shut down the card since I read on this website that Boehm-Ritter often continues to charge.
Lastly, I filed a written complaint with the California Attorney General.
