When I first called this company to place an order I was looking for Lightweight Racing Rims and tires. I found their prices were very good so i decided to order. I called and spoke to someone named Frankie and specifically asked if a certian wheel and tire was in stock, he replyed "yes, of course we are overstock". Frankie got me tucked in to buying larger rims that were more expensive. The order total came to $989.99, he said the wheels would be at my house in 5 to 10 business days. The money was immediatly taken from my account. I placed the order on Nov. 16.
7 days later still no sign of my rims I called to get a tracking number, put on hold for a long time, passed around from person to person getting all over the place answers, no answers were the same. Finally spoke to Frankie he looked it up and said they weren't even shipped yet they've been busy. I told him that I need these quickly becuase my tires have no tread on them and you said 5 to 10 days they would be at my house. Frankie replied, "I didnt say that I said 10 to 15 bussiness days. I told him thats not what he said but whatever just send me the rims. He said alright we will have them sent out tommarrow, Friday.
Saturday I called to receive a tracking number, and I got one. They were supposed to be here the Dec. 4. The 4th came around I called them back, same thing put on hold for a long time passed around from person to person getting put on hold all over the place. Talked to a guy he said they must be running slow because of Christmas. I waited till Monday, no package, and called Fedex myself. I was very mad when they said that my company did not even give them (Fedex) my package yet.
I called the company irate, i was lied to many times and it didn't stop there. The guy I talked to said my rims got lost in the mail, LIE, Fedex never even say them. I told him I wanted to cancel my ordewr and i want my $989.99 refunded, he put me on hold. Hold, hold, hold, and some more passing around person to person, more holding, hung up on me, I called back hold, hold you get the picture.
Finally a guy said "well we can't cancel your order we dont know where your rims are" "their lost in the mail" the lies keep coming. It took me another week for them to finally cancel my order. I still didnt get my money back. Keep calling them to remind them, they said it takes 5 to 10 bussiness days.
Well we all know what happened here. They still havent given me my money back to this day. I had to goto my bank to fill out a affidavit, my bank is going to have a fun time trying to get the money, I hope my bank sues them. I have wrote emails, no replies, Try to talk to managers; never was able to, put on hold, hung up on, horrible bussiness, Still my $989.99 is in their bank account. Do Not Order from this company!
