Three of the four rims on my car have the chrome peeling right off them. I took it to a GM dealer I was promised the three rims, was told to drop it off two days later, I did, waited an hour and a half, someone came out and said the rims didnt match so they would just order me the fourth rim. They said sorry can you drop it off on Monday and we will get those rims put on for you. I did. Five hours later I get a call saying... Sorry sir we called a GM rep to see if we could get you an upgrad on rims given the hassle and aside from the rims a faulty exhaust. When we did the Gm rep not only said no, he said dont put the rims on that you already promised him. I have spoke to a district supervisor and she confirmed sorry not doing it. I really dont know why I am even posting this, No one at GM seems to care that they are losing a customer that has spent almost $100,000.00 in the last ten years all over a set of rims.
