This is the worst online company I have EVER used! I placed my order on July 11th of 4 rims & tires mounted and balanced with hardware. The first response I recieved was 3-4 days later confirming the order. I waited another week still not recieving the product or any communication I emailed my sales rep. The rep replied "the rims are special order I am at the mercy of the rim company, once the container gets here they will ship"... Another week passes w / no product and still no communication. I call 3x's and email 2x's finally getting an email response that the rims will be shipped that night w / tracking #. Next morning still nothing - I call and am told by sales rep "the rims we had IN STOCK (thought I was waiting on special order rims?) were actually returns and in used condition so we are sending a courier to pick up rims directly from the supplier"... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So finally rims ship and it takes 6 more days to arrive... Rims arrived wrong rims & wrong size!!! Never ever use this online joke of a company!
