I feel I have been ripped off by this so called company!
We orderd rims and were told to do a wire transfer. We ended up making a deposit into their account by personal check for 1,500.
We called to verify they received the funds as they said to do, We were told by Hope that they were not recieved. So we did that for a few days then went to the bank and were told they had recieved the money. Called again, put on hold, called many times. They couldn't find our order. Talked to Hope again, She then told us she could not sell us those rims at that price, and didn't I know how expensive those rims were?
I then told her to just give us our money back and she said she would deposit into our account. Well nothing happened, started calling, put on hold, many times.
Talked to Hope again, she said she would send a check in the mail, as soon as Sonny signed it. So I waited a week. No check.
Called Sonny, said he would call me back. Called then and asked for Hope. She wasn't in of course!
I don't know how a business such as this can be allowed to operate. It is ridiculous!!!
We will now proceed legally, because we will not let them get away with this. They need to be shut down, and I am going to find every place I can report this and I will.
