Get ready for some actual email responses from these jerks. I have also had bad dealings with this company. I ordered Red Dawn pills and some of their other products. The other stuff I ordered came, but the pills did not. On my packing slip it was written, "Red Dawn pills on backorder, allow two weeks for shipment" in blue pen.
So I waited two weeks, then emailed them on Friday, April 16 @ 5:35pm (per my yahoo email account) telling them that I never received my pills and how much longer until I receive them? I got an email back from Nicholas in Sales who said (this is the direct quote from my email - I saved them all) " The red dawn product was on backorder, but it has since arrived and all orders have shipped. It should be arriving very shortly thanks:) Nicholas Sales "
This is the exact quotation from my email response back from them which is dated April 16 @ 7:36pm.
So OK I figured that my pills should be arriving shortly. I live in NJ and I'm about an hour from Galloway, so I figured that I would be seeing the pills I ordered in a week.
Well in June I still did not have my complete order since the pills never made it to my house and I wrote another email saying that I either get my pills or I wanted my money back. They wrote me back saying that I have to verify my address and then my order would be sent ASAP. Their reponse email was dated June 24 so I responded back with my full address. When I placed this order, I lived in East Hanover. I have since moved to my current address.
Anyway, on July 14, I sent them another email saying that I responded to their June 24th email when they requested address verification and it would be sent ASAP. I wrote that I had been corresponding with Nicholas and I was still waiting for my full order. I told them that my next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB in Trenton. I got a response back and for the full effect I must copy & paste it. Here it is:
"nick should ahhve informed you that we are waitng for a shipment of the red dawn pills to arrive at our warehouse. They have been on back order for the
past 2-weeks: (

OK are these people BS artists or what? Nicholas refers to himself in the first person? Or whoever wrote back didn't realize that Nicholas' name was going to appear under what he said. Either way, I knew then that these people were out there.
I wrote them back on July 15 wanting dates of when it will be shipped to me.
Here is their response dated July 16:
They are scheduled to arrive this week. They should be shipped out and arrive to you by next week

So on July 18 I wrote that if they don't make it to my doorstep by August 1, I wanted a refund.
Well during this time I moved and had more pressing issues to deal with and hearing this company's lies was not a # 1 priority at the time. Well now it is. I wrote them recently on December 16 and haven't gotten a response yet. I told them that I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and also the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs. I guess they dont seem to care.
Gee I wonder if they will accept responsibility for my complaint. They can say all they want in a rebuttal to this, but they will have to prove to the NJ Consumer Affairs why they haven't honored my order. I paid over $100.00 for my order and didn't receive the complete order after numerous emails to them. All of which I have proof. Dates and times, Herbal Smoke Shop people. All printed out and ready to send to the BBB and the NJ Dept of Consumer Affairs.
I would really like my money back from this order. I dont want to deal with this company any more. They are RIP OFF Artists.
