I order the FREE trail offer to try the pills, then received a bottle of pills in the mail around April 19. I returned the pills with a letter asking them to close my account and not to send me any more pills. Then on June 4 I receved 3 more bottle of pills which I returned to sender and sent a couple of more email about closing my accout and apply a credit to my card now a total of $319.96. I never received a response so I made a phone call to them asked them to close my account and they said they did, but I never received credit back on my card. I made another call asking why it is taking so long to credit my account and they gave me a song and dance about not have a RA number with the pills I sent back. They should have NEVER sent me any pills without me ordering them in the first place and definitely should have never sent the last 3 bottles of pills in June after sending them a written letter April to cancel my account.
