I won't speak for the quality of the product, For I have not received it yet. But I will speak on the quality of customer service thus far. I ordered almost 2 weeks ago with a "Rush" delivery on my order and still haven't received a thing. I had written an email to the company on the 19th of the this month to see if there was any progress with my order and to ask for an email back because I had read so much negativity about them on these boards and was starting to feel a little nervous about my order. I read on their site they have fast responses back to you. Within 24 hours (And as some fakes on this board have led us to believe, 4 or 5 hours). It is now the 21st and have not heard nothing. If this is normal practice (And seeing the numerous complaints against this company here it is) then this company needs to just call it quits, and stop ripping people off. I'm ok with helping the little guy make a buck, but this is insane. I will definitely keep you all up to date on the status of my order.
