Placed an order on 2/25 and paid extra for "Rush Delivery, " which is supposed to ensure shipping within 24 Hrs. The company is located in NJ, I'm in NY, a short drive away. As of the date 3/23 I have still not received my order. Several phone messages were left on a voivemail system (no live operator ever answers) and submitted several emails to Herbal Smoke Shop at numreous email addresses they provide. Ultimately, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to try and receive a refund.
