It seems to me every monday and wednesday pogo goes down; if you cancel your service you forfeit your money to them. I have been a customer of theirs for over two years and played their free games I had a less of a headache with out the subsciption..
Forget writing the BBB it is a waste of time. I'm game for a class action law suit but even then their checks might bounce lol..
Why do I need to call in for another day of Credit every time there service or servers go down??? It be the right thing to do to credit everone one day everytime..
It's totaly unexceptable to rip anyone off the way EAgames OR POGO.com does once my account runs out I will never play their games again
