Mother's Club Daily Specials Show Webpage Cannot Be Displayed

Im writing this for my mom, shes a club pogo member and she plays the games alot and today when she went to play her daily specials today she kept getting a screen that says the webpage can not be displayed and the only option is diagnosis connection.
