AOL Members Charged After 30 Day Free Trial, Tokens Missing

I have been a member of AOL for years and pogo games were "free". About a month ago AOL members were given a 30 day "free" trial before they had to go to pay pogo. I just went ahead and set up an account to pay POGO. Several games are not transferring the proper amount of tokens with several games.

I do not feel that this is proper business with no way to deal / or have a customer service recourse.
I am also curious as to what kind if profit AOL is making now that AOL members must pay to play.
I think this has been a rip off!
