Ripoff false billing Saint Pettersburg

I was told that I would recieve a free package in the mail and that I would have 2 weeks to cancel my free membership before being charged. Not only did I not get the package but my account was charged for something I never even recieved. An address was given to me and I was told that there was no phone number to reach and that a manager would call me back as soon as one became available.

I was never called. I sent a letter to the address given and no response was given. Not only was this a big problem but it took money from my account that I did'nt have to give. My account became overdrawn.
