I got a call for a couple free trials. They were a long distance service, and a membership for capital vacations. I got the package for the long distance service but i cancelled that right away and havent been debited for that, which is a good thing. But when the free trial package for the membership for capital vacations came in, it stated that my free trial ended the next day after i got it.
It stated that i needed to send the membership id card back to them along with a letter stated that i wanted to cancel. So I did. But then last week on Dec. 15th, I saw that 59.95 was taken out of my account for it, so i called and it was all automated and i went through the options and it said my account would be credited the money back in no more then 7 days, i was going to give it a couple more days but then i went online and saw all the capital vacation consumer complaintss. Now, I dont know what to do. As of right now, Dec 20th, That is the only charge on my account.
