The company sent us an unsolicited disc and charged us fo the shipping.
When I called the first number listed (231) 348-6148 I received either a busy signal or failure to connect. I obtained a second number (231) 348-5861 which connented me with the administration office. When Scott answered the phone I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he was the highest one in charge. I told him we had received his product and were returning it for a refund. He said that that was a problem for the accounting department and gave me another number to call (231) 439-0234.
This company claims to be unable to transfer calls between departments.
I called the accounting department and told them that I had already sent the disc back and wanted a refund credited to my account when the package arrived. Rachael told me that shipping was non-refundable. She then stated that we would need to send them a copy of the police report for the stolen credit card in order to proceed further. When I asked for a supervisor to be put on the line I was told that She ws the highest person in charge.
I called the 5861 extention again and got Terasea. When i asked to speak with Scott she said he was in accounting and that she was the person in charge. I explained the situation again ang got the same run around.
I contacted my bank and they are going to dispute the charge by this company.
Anyone doing business with this company is a fool.
