Paid $9.99 on 5/8 to receive book on home based business -garbage and mostly bragging! Called and got a return RMA # and returned book.in the meantime, they charged my credit card $59.95. I had a return receipt on the book which it says it was returned on 6/4 at 12:01 PM, they said it was received by them on 6/6. The first time I called, the customer service person said the book was received in good condition, and the credit would be on my next statement. It was not. Called again and got a partial address, one in Hollywood and one in Stanta Monica, CA. They also gave me a refund email, rpsperfomx.com. A lot comes up under that email. Anyway, this time she told me my book was damaged when received. I told her it was not because the last time I spoke with someone, they told me it was ok when they received it. She told me it would take 4 weeks back to back (banks) to get the refuned and it was in progress. 33 days after they said they received the book, no refund, so I called again. They said again that the book was damaged and I repeated what I told the other girl stating it was not damaged. I wanted to speak to the accounting department, she said they were the only ones who could help me. She said she would send them an email. I wanted her to transfer me, she said she couldn't, it was in a different facility. She said she would have them contact me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she would email her and have her contact me. I asked why she couldn't transfer me, she said because everyone is in cue and they are very busy. I told her I was going to contact both the Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. It sure didn't take 4 weeks to charge my account, why should it take 4 weeks to credit me? Now they are using the excuse that the book was damaged as an excuse not to credit me, but the first person I spoke with said it was received in good condition. I had used the invoice they sent me and attached it to the book and used their return address and wrote the RMA number they gave me right below their return address, as they requested. Unfortunately, I thouhgt I wrote the RMA number down on another piece of paper, but I guess I did not, only on the invoice. This business is a big rip-off! They want you to be nice to their employees, yet their employees screw you over! Thay charge you $9.99 fee to get the book, which they tell you is not refundable, so you pay the return postage out of your pocked, and then they don't even refund your money as they promise. They should be out of business and/or fined!
