I called Occupational Advancement Center inquiring about postal opportunities, looking for a better job. I gave my information and immediately changed my mind, paying customer service a call not 10 minutes later asking not to be billed. Obviously they don't understand plain English, so they billed me anyway, never mind the fact that the billing information I gave them was partially incorrect (wrong routing number on electronic check.) Yet somehow they managed to bill me despite this incorrect information.
I find out about this from my bank, and they call me and tell me "Just fill out the form that came with your CD and we'll refund your money." Never mind that the form came with NO instruction on refunds. So I call back and ask what's going on. The instructions are on the CD, which isn't activated, so I have to send the form back and get the activation code, which takes the better part of a week, and wait weeks on end for a refund.
I decided that wasn't acceptable and asked Scott, the customer service person I was talking to, for a supervisor, and got this Teresa person. I told her in a firm but reasonable tone of voice what was going on, and for reasons beyond my comprehension, orders me to "calm down." At this point I decided I had enough of her crap and started screaming at her, and she hung up. No warning, no nothing. If I did that at my job I would get fired. Yet she manages to make $128.94 off me, just because I hated my original job enough to call these idiots.
I need my money back, and I don't need it in a "couple of weeks." I need it ASAP, or now, whichever is sooner.
