I bought a Home from Clayton Homes that I signed paperwork in Jan 08, I have had to call the sales site repetitively to have work done to the house and/or land that I bought. The land that I bought has a drainage problem that I wasn't told about, I have had them out here 7 time I believe to do work on my drainage and my driveway. The most damaging part was that they fixed my driveway and it made the water back up and flood my back yard and under my house. I had to call the mortgage/Headquaters company to hae the drainage issue even worked on.
I have had them out here about 10-15 times about other issues inside the house not including the initial problems that the crew that set up my house forgot, for example to set up some of the stilts under the house because it has a large open room, not hooking up appliances, and not connecting heater/air conditioner electricity correctly. We are still awaiting some of the problems to get addressed. Is there any way to have the money we have paid and put into the house reimbursed and to give the house back?
