This is the short version of my story. I can provide more elements and all the evidence.
My phone's software crashes when sending or receiving a phone call. I've already sent the phone to Samsung service center and then when I got the phone back, after few days, the concern was still occurring on the phone. The issue is unbearable. I called Samsung technical support again, and they told me to send the phone back to them again. The only issue is that it would take another two weeks (I am paying for my phone bill in the meantime), and I have no guarantee that they would fix the phone this time. They even installed the wrong software after looking at the phone (it was asking for a sim card and sprint network does not take sim cards...). Samsung technicians lost their credibility. I thus contacted Sprint to claim the insurance and replacement of the phone in 3 business day, but I had to pay the total amount of $46.00. For the reasons stated above, I am requesting that Samsung provides me with a refund for the insurance and replacement of the phone.
