I went to pick up a layaway I called before two days in a row to make sure I can get a refund if I wanted. I went in today to pick up a layaway ad decided I wanted to return it and get something else the manager was handling it she told me it was fine I didn't have a receipt I just had to pay and I could return it then told me to go to the merchandise pick up and she had what I was trying to pick up. Then when I go there they tell me I can go back and pick it up the manager is there and has someone else help me and tries to return it but can't she kept calling the manager for help the manager refused to come and was in her office because she lied. I was told I needed to come back with the original receipt after the manager went to her office and refused to come out and face me after she lied her name is Maracella from what I heard when she kept asking for help. I ended up with stuff I wanted to return that I couldn't. The manager lied to my face and went to hide in her office.
