I scheduled an appointment for repair on Sears Home Service website, which advertised a $65 service fee. $65 service fee was confirmed on the website after I made the appointment. Service tech called and said the service fee would be $107. I called customer service and they confirmed $65 fee, but then when I told them that the service tech said the fee would be $107, they re-checked and said it would now be $107. I requested that they honor the original $65 price, but they refused.
