I am angry that Sears sold me hard on a warranty and when I need a repair, they cannot send a technician for a month! (26 days). This is poor and unacceptable customer service.
One of the sensors on my garage door opener needs to be repaired or replaced. The door reverses without pressing the control. Troubleshooting options did not fix it (cleaned the lens, checked the alignment, dismounted and mounted again).
