Bad Warrenty Program, Bad customer service

On the day before we signed the papers for our new house, we found that sump pump in the basement would not shut off. They said they would replace the sump pump and did so before we moved it. About 8 months later the the second sump pump died and after repeated calls they came in and replaced it with a third one.in the next winter, i say steam coming out of the sump pump and realized the sump pump was running but not pump water out. I called arbor and a guy came and said they survey the land wrong and the below-ground drain will not work. He then cut open the sump drain out side and connected a long pipe to let the water drain on to my yard. We later found out that the third sump pump they installed did not work either. We called the customer service dept. And they said the sump pump is only covered for 1 year and they will no longer fix the sump pump.

I checked the sump pump pit and found about four inches of dirt and rocks in the pit. This was causing the sump pumps to fail and not the below-ground drain. Now i have a sump pit draining out side to my yard and a messed up sump pump and they refuse to fix the problem they caused.
