I would like to comment on the manager and the Asst manager of the Stratham, NH franchise. As a customer sitting there waiting for my car to be repaired, I over heard the Asst manager talking about the manager stating that he was a pill popper and referred his pills as candy. I also over heard that the Asst manager takes pills in a form of payment for repairs. I was also talking to a friend that was a customer also about what I had heard, and she stated that she heard the manager give a former employee a very bad reference to a company that was looking to hire this past employee of Monro, she stated that her friend almost didn't get the job because of the manager at Monro, I know that is not accepted well by the Dept of Labor, I think the manager (Mark) is not a very respectful manager. I for one will not be bringing my vehicle back to Monro of Stratham. Nh. I know that I maybe only one customer but if I tell one person and they tell one person and so on and so on that add's up to alot of dissapointed customers and will hurt this place of business.
