Created the error of arranging a layer measure with this particular company. Evonne resulted in 2hrs late (no telephone call no guidance) as she was hectic with another client. She didn't possess the test required just before her visit and guaranteed to fall off using the estimate per week later. Never called back after many calls as she was annoyed we reported that she was overdue.
