RL Landscape & Design, Inc., owned by Ron Lushitzer, is to be avoided. Not only does he participate in business practices that are unethical, he has had numerous license complaints. He is very familar with the judicial system, as he has ended up in court many times mostly on charges related to non-payment of subcontractors, suppliers, employees and other businesses. Do yourself a favor and check out a more reputable landscape company before hiring RL Landscape & Design, Inc.
