Run... Do not walk near, to, or around this place. One pro, it's cheap to move in because once they get you they make it impossible to move out. The apartments are cheap, small, over priced, filthy, poorly designed and uncomfortable. I got the largest two bedroom they had and suffered MISSERABLY. The hallways are dark, dated, filthy carpet and smell like dog pee. The establishment is constantly loud from the garage processor, to neighbors, people at the pool, dogs barking, the parking garage (which is in the center of the establishment) and the elevators rarely work. The cars are constantly being broken into and the gate to enter the garage is always broken. The internet cafe computers are constantly broken, rarely print and if there is one decent one it's always full. The staff members are fake, rude, and pushy. They don't care about you as a person once you get in. They are constatly in and our of your apartment to "work, " on things and enter without much notice. They lie and say the parking garge is being redone/cleaned when in actuality the build of it was not done properly and was falling in places. I overheard the staff talking about it. The tenanats never pick up after their dog, the doggie bags are always out, and tenants let their dogs run around inside the pool area without caring. The hallways are long and endless, it's like being in the shining. The staff is one of the worst parts, they make you feel like you are constantly bothering them, they take days to get back to you and do not treat you with respect at all. This place is recommended if it's your last resort but if you want comfort and a place to stay for a few years this is not for you. The cell phone service is terrible, the construction around the building keeps your place constantly dirty and don't be surprised to see college students running around hammered at all hours of the night. The only thing going for this establishment is the park across the street. However, the neighborhood is dangerous, there is no security for tenants and do not run/walk/bike on the neighborhood trail after daylight. The neighborhood is ghetto and has constant crime. Lastly, the basic internet and cable that is included is below, "basic." It is a terrible service and if you need anything decent expect to hook it up yourself and pay $130 a month. I never met one person that enjoyed living there. One last suggestion, do not ever expect to move in easily, get anything delivered easily and know that you and probably everyone you know will get lost as the structure is not secure and designed poorly. The doors going into the apartment building from the parking garage rarely work leaving anyone who wants to come in and the staff does nothing about it but lie as they give tours to the prospects. Please take my advice wisely... There are much better locations out there to call home without the mental anguish. Run for the hills!!! PS, the pools are always full, loud and the Mueller pool is full of children and is totally ghetto.
