ADT ordered out Brinks. I'd been a happy client of Brinks for two decades. While our bodies didn't perform and offered us continuous, irritating beeps, I named Customer Support. The consultant disarmed the doorway that had a low-battery and informed us the first accessible appt. Could be six weeks in the day i named. This happened again a week ago, and when again, the consultant, apologetically explained it'd be SIX MONTHS, again, before somebody might emerge to repair the annoying beeping. It has been a headache. DON'T USE ADT for security alarm. You'll be sorry.
