Do not trust monro!

I wanted to alert you to problems I have recently had at your Newburgh, NY location. On 5/2, I went to this location for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told by Heath Rotchford that I needed rear brakes. I returned on 5/20 for the brake pad installation, paid $143.22 and thought everything was fine. I called Heath twice to tell him I was getting vibration when I braked. He told me first that the pads needed to wear in a bit and the vibration would stop. I called him again a week or so later and he told me to come in. I got back into the shop on 7/9 and was told that now I needed rear rotors. But here's the problem: a brake inspection was performed on 5/2 - why was I not told at that point that I needed rotors too? Did an inspection even happen or was I being taken for a ride and I never actually needed pads or rotors. So, I was still having vibration issues and dropped the car off today, 7/30. When I called in to see what was going on with the car, Heath told me I NOW NEED FRONT ROTORS!!! Are you kidding me?! Why was that not found during the inspection on 5/2 (or did an inspection even happen) and when I brought the car in with vibration issues on 7/9, why were the front rotors not checked (again, did I even need the rear rotors replaced). I took my car today without the repair because I can no longer trust that your people in Newburgh will do what is right, what is honest and what they say they will do. The second I said vibration was the second they should have looked at ALL the rotors. I have been a good customer to yours and I don't like being treated this way.in just the last two months, I spent $328.95 on rotors, pads and an oil change. The only thing I know for sure is that I needed an oil change. I cannot spend anothere $75 to "cut" the rotors, which is what Heath said could be done today.

I had my looked at by another shop and guess what? I don't need front rotors. So, doesn't that lead to the question: did I ever need the rear pads and the rear rotors to begin with?
