Ripoff deliverd a damaged bed set for my son

I purchased a bed set for my son and it was delivered with a damaged head board, they tried to replace the damaged head board 2 times and each time they were both damaged. I called to repot this and i was told by customer service, that they would replace the headboard, 3 months goes by and I never recieved a phone call regarding this.

I call to find out what the hold up is and they say the unit has been discontiued, ok what about my headboard, there response was sorry. So my wife then went to the store for fix she spoke with the original sales person (Fred) and he told her that she could get a replacement, but get this it's gonna cost and additional $200.00 dollars, she was so upset she left the store and called me to tell me what happened. I went to the store and it was a totally different experience than she had, I wonder if it had anything to do with me being a man. I explained the manager the situation, and what my wife went through, he took out to the floor showed me some bed sets and fixed the problem, thankfully.

My problem is had my wife not went to the store I would have never recieved a call from the Room Store, to try and rectify the problem, so if you have any issues they think that if you don't call it will just go away. As far as i'm concerned thye just lost a loyal customer. They will never her from again.
