I purchased a sectional it was damaged by the delivery team by slamming it into my door frame and gutters. They also damaged personal property and one delivery man made strange rude comments to my wife. Two weeks of calls to store warehouse help desk finally someone tells me they will exchange the product and compensate me for my damaged. I scheduled delivery date they showed up a day early with no call and did not even have all items on truck. Spoke to warehouse manager guaranteed me they would be back 3 days later no one ever showed up it is now 2 days from that and still no call backs. I again called store warehouse help center all said would have to call me back never did. Been almost a month now with no resolution in sight worst customer service ever.
