Ordered kitchen item. Was supposed to get e mail in 24 hours with expected shipping date. That was 10 days ago, nothing!
Called "toll free customer service" number multiple times with no response. There is a recording saying "The Goggle subscriber you are trying to reach is not available, leave a message". Leaving messages gets no response, e mails get no response.
Money for my order was taken straight away from my account through my debit card. After reading other reports I cancelled the debit card used for the order.
