While using my shark steam mop yesterday, it popped and steam burst from the top and sides of the mop. The hose popped off while using it so my husband and I opened it and put it back on to use it today. As soon as I plugged it in and pumped the handle, it popped off again. I have not had this product a year yet, as it was a Christmas gift last year. I am very disappointed in it for the price it cost. Is there anything Shark can do to replace this item for me? If not, I will just go out and buy a different product.
