I had the worst Customer Service experience with the Toyota Dealer at Devon.
Went to fix my 2007 Camry with the Gas Pedal problem and they made me wait for hours. They wouldn't even drop me back home or provide me a car to get back home. All they said was they have to first find out what the problem is (which might take 2hrs) and then fix it (another 2hrs probably).
I had to come back home and then drive to pick up my kids from school but I was held up there. Theri response was reallt the worst I have ever had. They asked me to contact Toyota if I need further assistance or rent a car from them and pay $35 for the rental, which is ridiculos. For a mistake that they made with their cars and for them to fix it I have to either get held there for hours for them to fix it or spend money to rent their car to get out.
Very very very poor customer service, none was polite. This has to be addressed by someone please.
