I purchased a Summer Escapes Pro Series pool approximately two weeks ago. Pool water became cloudy after a rain storm and I applied Pool Essentials shock according to the directions. The bottom of my brand new pool is now full of bleached out white spots. My brand new pool now looks horrible.
I contacted Pool Essentials and I was told that someone from claims would contact me within 14 business days, however by the time this issue is resolved (if it even does get resolved), it will be time to take the pool down.
