My pool liner was damaged due to excessive chemicals. I had the water tested and the PH balance was extremely high. As I rely on the pool service to put all chemicals in my pool (I never have) I feel K and B is responsible for the damage (est. Repair cost of $4,900.00) K and B acknowledged my complaint, they admitted it was their fault and now say they aren't responsible and won't take any action (after the estimate) So, I'll have to take my time and deal with the issue in civil court. I had a pool company from Raleigh come and check my pool. They said it definately was the fault of the people putting in the chemicals. They also said that K and B have an awful reputation in the pool service business community. Please be warned. I wish I had known about K and B before I had them service my pool!
