I recently ordered an item from this company and was completely dissatisfied with the customer service given to me when the item was not delivered. I spoke with the owner and he inferred that I was the problem, stated he had sent Emails (I never received them until he sent them a second time) with delivery confirmation information to me and promptly hung up on me. When I called back he was rude, interrupted me constantly, would not allow me to explain my point of view and hung up on me again. Two more days elapsed and still no delivery of order, I called back again I was told I am a problem, was rude to me by interrupting me and again hung up on me. I am a member of a Watch Forum and when I stated my concerns about this company in a topic there, he went after me verbally (attacking my personal character) telling everyone that I had been banned from ordering from his company (new news to me) and inferred that I must be a problem on other Forums I go to and that I should be avoided at all costs and monitored closely. I have never had a problem purchasing products from any other firm on the internet and have never been a problem on the other Forums I frequent. I will never order from this company again and suggest you research your options and then make your choice (s).
