Misleading warranty - HP compaq 6000

I had purchased HP optional battery and this turned out to be bad in 6 months, HP took more than a week to get 6 year old battery as a replacement saying this is the only replacement they can give. Beware - you are not going to get a new one in case of failure instead you can get a old one which could survive only till left over warranty period, shame on you hp
